Our classes explore gentle, often subtle, movements to build an embodied awareness, to explore the body’s intelligence and the role that breathwork plays in deepening connection to ourselves.
Offering a safe and welcoming space to reconnect with yourself (body and mind). Classes are inclusive and trauma informed.

We explore how movement feels in the body, with yoga forms offering moments of deeper enquiry along the way, so that you are more connected to your body and more at ease in relation to yourself. Space is given to finding joy in being rather than simply doing.
